Cancellations, Punctuality & Etiquette
We ask that you kindly arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.  This will allow you time to relax, enjoy a beverage or water, and unwind before your service.   Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.    In consideration of all salon guests and staff, late arrivals will not receive an extension of  scheduled services and the full value of the service will be applied.  If an appointment needs to be rescheduled please notify us 24 hours in advance giving us ample time to fill that opening.   A non-show fee may be added next visit unless a 24 hour notification is given.
 
Cell Phones
We ask that all cellular phones and pagers be turned down at the salon. 

Smoking
This is a non-smoking environment

Personal Possessions
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage personal articles, including clothing or accessories.  We ask when appropriate, you wear the provided smock for protection of your clothing.

Age Requirement
The salon wants to service all clients on appointment day, however due to safety and security reasons, we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age unless receiving services.  To retain your appointment all children under 12 years of age MUST be supervised by someone not receiving services. 

Food and Drinks
No food allowed in salon or common area.  Guest are welcome to use the salon break area. 

Payment
We accept major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and Cash.  No checks accepted. 

Deposit
A 50% Deposit is required to book appointments of $100.00 or more.  Must cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

Bridal Services

Bride: A $150.00 non-refundable  service fee is required for the exclusive bridal service (for bride only), to reserve brides time on stylist books.  This is a no wait, no interruption service, this fee does not include the cost of hair services.   (Consultation required).  The bridal consultation fee is $25.00.     

Bridal Party Deposit: The Bridal party is required to leave a 50% deposit for cost of their services, and a 48 hour notice is required to refund the bridemaid(s) deposit.
